We have been offering our “Outback to Anywhere” catering services since its inception in 2005.

The brainchild of chef Lisa McIntosh, it’s aim is to provide modern and affordable catering options to regional and remote South Australia. Growing up in hospitality ranging from bakeries to pubs and high end luxury accommodation, Lisa has a deep knowledge base to call on, clients will often meet the whole family in the kitchens! This family oriented crew works smoothly and efficiently to provide top quality modern catering.

When taking on new clients each job is designed specifically whether it’s for a wedding party of fifty or an event in the thousands, care is taken to incorporate stunning food and ease of logistics.

Our laidback approach and country know how is key to our success in sometimes challenging environments.
